Rika opened her eyes and took a deep breath. Rika....Come to where the Tamers are. You'll find something you want. a voice said in her mind. The vibrating was louder and it made her hands tremble. "We have to go to the others. Can you walk?" Rika asked.

Davis opened his mouth and shut it again. "Yeah, I'll be fine," he mumbled, standing up and helping her up to. Thankfully, hs legs were strong enough to lift him. "Where are we going?"

Rika's knees were weak but they almost instantly straightened up. To where the other Tamers are. I have a feeling about something." she replied, turning her musci on.

Davis nodded and lead her away from the vibrations into the lab room. They hid behind a glass tube with a dark headedgirl floating inside. She was very retty, with light pink lipstick and a flowing purpe dress. Davis looked at Rika, "Now what?"

Rika, help me. I know how to stop the Digimon. Please help me. the voice said. It was coming from the girl. "We have to get her out." Rika said closing her eyes as a pain shot through her eyes.

Davis furowed his brow, "All right, but I'll need a distracrion. A big one." He slipped around the side of the glass tube and crouched by thr button panel.

Rika walked over to another computer, neing carful not to make a sound. Then , her hands barley brushing the keys, she set in a virus and set off a few alarms away from the room. She moved back over to Davis. "This good?"

Davis laughed as everyone ran for cover, "I think you set off the nuclear bomb alarm," he joked, moving up to the control panel. His fingers flew across the keys until he found the right password, and the girl's tube began to open. "Get out of the tunnel," he called to Rika as the fluids began to pour out. "I don't want you to get wet, especially since I don't know what this stuff is or does." As she backed off, he jumped over whatever was left of the slowly lowering glass wall and caught the girl in his arms, making sure to support her head properly. When you've been out that long you need your head screwed on right. Davis leapt from the platform and ran after Rika into the dark tunnel, leaving behind an empty room.

Rika sprinted out of the tunnel and they started going towards the tunnel they had just left. Stay there. There isn't anything there that will hurt you. the girl's voice said in Rika's head. She nodded and gripped Davis' arm tightly. She jerked her chin towards it and walked ove.

Davis stopped abruptly, looking at Rika with a confused expression. He stayed silent, though, and followed close behind her. No use not trusting the girl now.

Rika saw the look on Davis' face. "If I wanted to hurt you guys, I would have done it earlier and I wouldn't have kissed you." she said, sitting down next to the wall. She motioned for him to set the girl down next to her.

Davis smiled gently, "I know," he said, setting the girl down on the ground as she opened her eyes. "You ok?" His voice was soothing. She was around their age, with long flowing-brown curly hair sheek from whatever was in that liduid, and the brightest violet eyes as she blinked up at them, Davis helping her sit up, "Are you... Rika?" She asked groggily, pretty little fce contorted as she struggled to regain her vision.

Rika put her hand on the girl's shoulders. "Yes. Who are you?" she asked, keeping her voice calm and open. "Elicia." the girl said. "I know who's sending the digimon to the human world. It's my digimon, DarkTyrannomon." Elicia said.

Elicia shook her head slightly, making it crack a bit. "No, he's sweet, but he's angry. He thought I had left him here when I had to go back to the human world." she said. Rika sat back against the wall again. "So he's taking it out on all the other Tamers?" she asked.

Davis fell silent again, thinking swiftly. How to soothe an angered digimon?

Rika frowned, her brow wrinkled with thought. Elicia jumped up. "Stay right here. Don't move. My digimon is near, but he wont attack if you stay in this tunnel. It used to be mine." she said, disappearing into the shadows of the tunnel entrance. Rika nodded and relaxed. She felt calm, but her arm hurt like heck. "Davis, let me see the burn cream and some bandage." she said, starting to unwrap her arm.

Cari and the others snuck into the back part of the lab where everyone was huddled from the alarm and hid ehind a big boulder. "What do you think they're up to in here, other then running from that alarm Rika set off?" She asked TK. He shrugged, "Power-hungry weirdos are porbably trying to absorb all the tamers' secrets on how to control digimon."

Davis slid up beside her and handed her the cream. Whn she was done, he re-wrpped her arm and frowned, "So... you think we can trust this girl?" He asked. "We're putting a lot at stake if she's a bad guy." Thinking of the other team and their digimon, his eyes tightened.

"I don't think we can trust her with much, but for now, let's see how this plays out. Like a game of chess. Her move." Rika said, leaning against the wall again.

Davis sighed moodily and slid his hands into his pockets, waggling his bent elbows, "All right, all right. But if she's a bad egg, we're taking her down ASAP." He muttered, kicking at a rock on the ground with the toe of his sneaker.

Davis looked up sharply, "You ok, Rika? You sound beat." The burnette said. He furrowed his brow as he stepped up to her, pressing his shoulder to her's and looking at her worridly.

Rika shook her head to get the sleep out. "Ya, just a bit worn. The burn is taking a bit more of my energy then I thought." she said, trying to sound nonchalant.
