The City of Silicon: Vampires and Werewolves

Lucia settle back, crossing her bare feet. She could see a flash of worry in her friend's eyes. She pulled the hairtie out again and put her hair up. "I fidget too dang much." she muttered.

Ash looked over at her, "Lucia..." He paused. "How long have we had our group of friends together?"

"Since we were little. Why?" Lucia asked, confusion writtin on her face. Her phone vibrated in her pocket but she silenced it. Most likely the Alpha.

Ash sighed, "It feels like we were born together. All of us. But..." he trailed off, lowering his gaze. Ever since he was eleven he'd had a crush on Lucia. She was the nicest, prettiest, most dazzeling girl he'd ever met; but she was a weregirl. And he was... a leech.

"That's because we grew up together. We all know each other, and we all understand each other. Kinda like how a pack would be, if they didn't have an Omega like me in it." Lucia said, feeling way too vaulnerable with Ash. She had fell for him when she was young and hadn't found any reason not to. He was caring, playful, and everything the wolves that she had around her weren't.

Ash sighed, "They're lucky to have you," he closed his eyes ad leaned back his head.

"No, but you guys are. I'm not a liabillity with you guys." she said, playfully ruffling Ash's hair. Her skin tingled, but she didn't care.

Ash's face cracked into a smile and he opened his eyes, grabbing her arms and pushing her back so that she lay on her back on the couch. He hovered over her, noses almost touching, "You most certainly are not."

Lucia smiled. "You pinned me!" she said in mock outrage. "So not fair." she stuck her tongue out at Ash, her heart beat ragged.

Ash's smile was coy, seductive, "I know, isn't it a shock? Skinny little vampire pins the big bad wolf." He shifte his grip on her so their hands merged together.

Lucia's eyes got a mischevious glint to them. "So, how does the big bad wolf get back?" she asked, smiling like she knows how.

Ash shrugged, "I dunno. What's a pretty girl to do?" He leaned down and pressed his lips to her's softly at first, then more rough, fire on ice.

Lucia returned the kiss just as rough. Her wolf was completely quiet, which she didn't care about. She knew where she belonged. Her breath grew ragged.

Ash moved his mouth around Lucia's her taste warm and firey. He felt surges of heat washing over him, but he ignored them. She had his full focus right now.

Every place that Ash's cold skin touched Lucia's burned, but it was more of a cold fire. Her Heartbeat was as ragged as her breath, almost like a pant. The surge of cold was better then her heat that she normally felt.

Ash forced his fire to cool, and pulled away, dazzeling eyes bright and awake. He smiled, "Repayed."

Lucia's breath calmed down a bit, but not much. "That wasn't a hard payment." she said jokingly, willing her skin to cool.

Ash shrugged, his internal fight unseen, "I didn't want to overdo it."

Lucia's smile grew a bit before her phone vibrated again. She untangled her hand from Ash's and took out the black Sidekick that was vibrating. It was the Alpha. She silenced it and put it in her pocket again. "Am I allowed to get up?" she asked playfully.

Ash grinned and rolled off her, sitting up, "Of course." He stretched his legs out and leaned back, one arm draped over a flat stomach and the other rested on the back of the couch, "What's with the constant calls?"

"The Alpha probablly wants to yell at me again. Great Moon, why can't he see that it's better not to yell at me about something. That just makes me more pissed off." Lucia said, running a now clawed hand through her hair that fell to her waist. "I got to cut my hair again." she muttered grouchily.

Ren smiled, "Why? You just run of again without telling anyobody?"

Lucia nodded. "How else am I supposed to get out? That diot of a male wolf wants me to be with his stupid son, or to atleast have him as my mate." she grimanced. "I will never mate someone I don't love."

Ash sat up, wrapping an arm around her shoulders, "That's the girl. Temper, sneakiness, and beauty," he smiled. "all wrapped up in one."

Lucia laughed. "And stubborness." she added. "I geuss I should see if he needs me to go hunting for the little ones though. That's usually my punishment for being disloyal to the pack." she sighed, not wanting to move at all.
